Fordham University has made arrangements for both “on” and “off” campus lodging for attendees. Rooms are available beginning Wednesday, June, 14 up through Sunday, June 18.

On-Campus Housing

A number of two- and three-bedroom apartments are available in McMahon Hall, a residence building on Fordham’s campus with 24-hour security.

A total of thirty-five bedrooms have been set aside for Cheiron attendees, each costing $75 USD per night.

Note: It is Fordham’s policy to not allow “couples” to either share a single bedroom or request separate bedrooms in the same apartment.

You may, however, specifically request a 2- or 3-bedroom apartment if you are coordinating your stay with other attendees of the same sex. We will try our best to fulfill these requests; rooms will be allocated in the order in which we receive requests.

On- Campus bookings are due no later than June 1.

Off-Campus Housings

You may of course make your own arrangements for off-campus housing. However, Fordham University has reserved a number of standard rooms at The Empire Hotel, located at 44 W 63rd Street.

The rate for a Standard Queen guest room – which is available Thursday night through Sunday – is$269/night (taxes and fees not included); the rate for a Superior King guest room, which is available Wednesday night through Sunday – is $319″ (taxes and fees not included).

To make your reservations, please use the Empire Hotel’s reservations page:

The deadline for making a reservation is 12:01 AM EST Monday, May 15, 2023.

If you have any questions regarding accommodations, please reach out to our host, Mark Mattson ([email protected]).
